Job Description:
The Spinney Group is a family owned property management and development company.
Description of Job Duties:
- This position reports to the Groundskeeping Foreman.
- Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Report any personnel or equipment related concerns to Groundskeeping Foreman.
- Ensure that all grounds are maintained in a professional manner.
- Mowing, weed whacking, blowing, raking, mulching, shoveling, trash pick up, etc.
- Assist in special projects as directed.
- Should be able to work both independently and in groups.
- This is physically demanding work. Must be able to consistently lift over 50 lbs.
- Background check and references required.
- Valid and clean drivers license is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience pulling a trailer a plus but not required.
- Previous grounds keeping experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly based on experience.
